Tommy Singer (born 1940; death May 31, 2014) was a Navajo silversmith. He learned to silversmith at the age of seven by his father. Singer was also a member of the Navajo Nation from Winslow, Arizona. In the 1960's he invented the "chip-inlay" technique of using turquoise or coral chips in this silverwork. He also used stamps and work in overlay.
